We’re so glad you found us.

A few years back, we co-authored Lead It Like Lasso—a book rooted in leadership lessons inspired by a mustachioed football coach with a big heart. But what started as a fun nod to pop culture turned into something deeper: a call for more empathy-driven leadership in the real world.

Along the way, we kept meeting young people who weren’t quite ready to "lead others" ...because no one had ever shown them how to lead themselves.

That question stuck with us—how do we help someone become the kind of person they’d want to follow?

And that led us here: The Business of You. A book disguised as a story. A journey packed with real-world skills, deep questions, and just enough mystery to keep you flipping pages.

But we’re not stopping with a book. We’re building Blue—an app that turns these lessons into real, interactive experiences for students, schools, and future CEOs of their own lives.
